Orders & Shipping
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Yes – you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours after placing it. After that, our automated shipping process begins, and unfortunately, changes will no longer be possible. If you still wish to purchase other items, please place a new order or contact us directly.
Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your package has not been shipped, we can adjust the address for you. Unfortunately, once the package is ready for dispatch, we will no longer be able to change it.
Why can’t I track my package with the tracking number yet?
Once your package has been packed, you will receive a tracking number via email. However, tracking information will only appear once the shipping company has scanned the package at their distribution center.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed before 11 PM are usually shipped the same day. The delivery time is generally between 7 to 15 business days.
Payment
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email yet?
You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, sent to the email address you provided. If you haven’t received it, please check whether you entered your email correctly or check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us.
Exchange & Returns
How do I return my product?
You may return your product within 30 days of receipt. Please send an email to support@dledfz.com to initiate the return process.
Since return shipping costs are your responsibility, we recommend providing tracking information and keeping the tracking number safe when sending the package back.
How are refunds processed if I return an item?
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used. Once we have received your return, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days.
Have you received my return?
Please check with your tracking number to confirm whether we have received your return. You will not receive a separate receipt confirmation from us, but we will process your return within one business day.
⚠️ Important: If you shipped your return without a tracking number, you will not be able to track the package. In the event the package is lost, unfortunately, we cannot assist without a tracking number.
